India, March 28 -- It's been over 7 months since Maserati revealed its most powerful car with a 724bhp, 3.0-litre V6 Nettuno engine. Christened the MCXtrema, the track-only supercar is based on the Maserati MC20 but comes with a more aggressive aerodynamic design, incorporating elements like trident-shaped air vents and a big adjustable spoiler. Maserati will begin the deliveries of the Maserati MCXtrema late this summer. However, prior to this, Maserati released a set of images showing the MCXtrema undergoing a series of tests.
