Muzaffarnagar, March 28 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday said that Muzaffarnagar endured months of curfew when governance fell into the wrong hands, but when voters gave power to the right people, the city became known for its Kanwar Yatra.
