Gopalganj, April 28 -- At least two policemen were killed and over a dozen injured in a road accident in Bihar's Gopalganj when a container truck hit a security bus going for election duty from Gopalganj to Supaul to ensure peaceful voting during the third phase of Lok Sabha elections.

A total of 242 police personnel were on the way to Supaul in three buses when the tragic incident unfolded.

The deceased policemen have been identified as SI Ashok Kumar Umarav from Purnia and Pawan Mahato from Bettiah district.
